Contains: melatonin 2 mg per prolonged-release tablet. Contains lactose. 30 tablets per pack.
Directions: Take one tablet daily after food, 1-2 hours before bedtime. Swallow whole with water. Do not crush, chew or divide.
Cautions: Prescription medicine, available only with a doctor's prescription. May interact with other medicines, alcohol and caffeine. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store below 25°C in the original packaging away from sunlight.
