Shipping policy

We will dispatch orders from Monday to Friday and orders received on a day which is not an ordinary working day (i.e. a Saturday, Sunday or pubic holiday) will be processed on the following working day. 

Bulk item & Heavy item products there will be additional shipping fee depending on the item weight and the volume.

Rural Shipping Fee:

For rural address there will be rural surcharge $9.90.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. Delivery may take up to 1 to 3 working days for domestic non rural address and international orders will take up to 10 working days depending on your location. Items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your courier, a card will be left so you can pick up the products from the location specified on the card.

All international standard shipping to Australia will be delivered in 3 to 6 working days, to USA and Canada will be delivered in 8 to 10 working days.
All New Zealand deliveries will be done by Courierpost.
All International standard deliveries will be done by New Zealand Post plus local postal company of destination country.
All international Express deliveries are done by DHL Express
