Thompsons Organic Magnesium Tablets 30

Each tablet contains: Magnesium amino acid chelate 806 mg (equiv. Mg 161 mg); magnesium aspartate dihydrate 100 mg (equiv. Mg 7.5 mg); magnesium orotate 100 mg (equiv. Mg 6.4 mg); total magnesium 175 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 30 mg; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 100 IU; Fucus vesiculosus extract equiv. dry herb 25 mg (5 mcg iodine).

Directions: Adults: take one or two tablets daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Cautions: Consult your healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, have thyroid issues or take thyroid medicine. Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the bottle seal is missing or broken.
