Serving size: 1 vegetable capsule. Each capsule contains: Standardised Valerian Extract (root) 150 mg (valerenic acid 1 mg [0.8%]); Raw Valerian Powder (root) 300 mg. Total carbohydrate less than 1 g. Vegetable cellulose capsule with vegetable magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose; PhytO2X (L-ascorbic acid, natural beta-carotene). Gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians. 60 capsules.

Directions: Take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
