Ubiquinol (as KanekaQH®, reduced CoQ-10) 100 mg per softgel. 50 softgels per bottle. Contains gelatin, olive oil, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate, caramel and titanium dioxide. Free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavours, sweeteners and preservatives. Not vegan.

Directions: Take one softgel daily, up to two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
