Solgar® Thermogenic Complex with Svetol is a specialised formula containing several nutrients and botanicals targeted on supporting the body’s metabolism.

This blend contains ingredients such as choline, inositol, chromium and L-methionine which support the process of converting nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) into energy. The added botanicals (green coffee, green tea, cayenne and black pepper) provide a holistic approach to help support an optimal working metabolism.

Choline is a water-soluble micronutrient which supports the process of metabolizing fats (lipids) into energy. Transporting fat, both cholesterol and triglycerides, from the liver to the cells in the body also requires choline and it is responsible for keeping the liver clear from fat build-up. Choline further supports normal homocysteine metabolism.

Inositol, also known as vitamin B8, is another water-soluble structure and it forms a component of every cell membrane in the body. It functions in a similar way to choline.
