Blend of fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil in softgels.

Per softgel: Fish Oil 433.3 mg; Flaxseed Oil 433.3 mg; Borage Oil 433.3 mg; Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) 195 mg; EPA 114.66 mg; DHA 73.66 mg.

Other ingredients: Gelatin (bovine) softgel shell, vegetable glycerin, mixed tocopherols.

Directions: Take three softgels daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
