Smith+Nephew ALLEVYN Gentle Border is a hydrocellular foam wound dressing with a gentle silicone gel adhesive, designed for patients with fragile or sensitive skin. Available in NZ from Pakuranga Pharmacy in four sizes and shapes, including sacrum and heel dressings.

How to Use

Clean the wound and surrounding skin and dry thoroughly. Remove the release liner and apply the dressing centrally over the wound without stretching, smoothing the adhesive border onto the skin. Change as directed by your health professional or when exudate nears the edge of the pad.
