Dosage: Adult women – take 1 tablet twice a day with water.

Ingredients: Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) extract dry concentrate 2.5 mg from dried
rhizome 21.25 mg, powdered cellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate, lactose
monohydrate. Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate.
Storage: Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use if blister backing is
damaged. Store below 25 °C.
Warning: In very rare cases - Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are
experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes - dark urine - nausea - vomiting -
unusual tiredness - weakness - stomach or abdominal pain - and/or loss of appetite - you
should stop using this product and see your doctor.

Do not take Remifemin® if you are allergic to Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) or to any of
the excipients.
