Serving size: 3 capsules (30 servings per bottle). Each serving contains: Magnesium (as magnesium malate) 50 mg; Magnesium Malate 500 mg; Organic Turmeric (rhizome) 116 mg; Suntheanine L-Theanine 100 mg; Organic Lemon Balm (leaf) 54 mg; Organic Passionflower (aerial parts) 54 mg; Organic Lavender (flower) 54 mg; Valerian (root) Extract 50 mg; Safr'Inside Organic Saffron Extract (stigma, standardised to 0.2% safranal) 30 mg; Organic Magnolia (bark) Extract (standardised to 80% honokiol and magnolol) 12 mg. Other ingredients: plant-source capsules (cellulose, water), organic rice bran, organic rice concentrate. Ingredient levels may change between batches.
