Each serving contains: Calcium 40 mg (as carbonate from Aquamin F algae); Aller Assist Blend 492 mg (Aquamin F mineralized red algae, reishi fruiting body, organic milk thistle seed extract, fermented organic cordyceps extract, organic turmeric); Quercetin Dihydrate 400 mg; N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) 300 mg; Bromelain Enzymes 100 mg. Other ingredients: plant-source capsule (cellulose, water). 90 capsules. Ingredient levels may change between batches.
