Per serving: Rhodiola rosea root extract 283 mg (standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides), organic turmeric root 194 mg, eleuthero root 151 mg, organic prickly pear leaf 108 mg, Indonesian cinnamon bark 100 mg, organic maca root 94 mg, fermented cordyceps mycelia extract 94 mg. Other ingredients: organic rice concentrate, plant-source capsule (cellulose, water).

Directions: Take 3 capsules per day with water.
