The Omron HV-F230 is OMRON's newest TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) device, delivering targeted, drug-free relief from pain and muscular tension. With 12 pre-set programs, 20 intensity levels and high-frequency stimulation up to 1,200Hz, you can tailor treatment to where it hurts. Made in Japan, it replaces the Omron HV-F127 and HV-F128.

How TENS Works

TENS sends a small electrical current through the skin via electrodes to stimulate sensory nerve endings. It relieves pain in two ways: by stimulating the release of endorphins, the body's own pain-relieving hormones, and by the "pain gate" effect, which blocks pain signals before they reach the brain.
