Each tablet contains: Cimi-Max 60 mg (equivalent to Cimicifuga racemosa [black cohosh] 390 mg), tyrosine 150 mg, chromium 25 mcg (from chromium picolinate), vitamin B6 25 mg, vitamin B9 100 mcg, vitamin B12 25 mcg, calcium 6 mg. 60 blister tablets per bottle. For adult women.

Directions: Take 2 tablets daily: 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with food.

Cautions: Contains black cohosh. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. People with diabetes should consult a healthcare professional. Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or persistent nausea. Store below 30°C and make sure the blister foil is intact before use.
