Each veggie capsule contains: valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract equivalent to 1000 mg dry root, magnesium amino acid chelate 500 mg (equivalent to 100 mg magnesium), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract equivalent to 500 mg dry herb, plus encapsulation aids. Free from gluten, dairy, egg, soy and yeast. Vegan. 60 veggie caps.

Directions: Adults take 1 veggie cap an hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Cautions: May potentiate the effect of hypnotic medicines. If you take prescription medications or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
