Healthy Care Ultimate Omega 3-6-9 Soft Capsules combine evening primrose oil, flaxseed oil and natural fish oil. 200 soft capsules.

Per capsule

EPA 60 mg, DHA 40 mg, total omega-3 100 mg; evening primrose oil 333.3 mg (GLA 33.3 mg); flaxseed oil 333.3 mg (oleic 40 mg, linoleic 40 mg, linolenic 165 mg).

Directions

Adults: 2–3 capsules, three times daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children 6–12 years: 1 capsule 1–2 times daily. Children 2–6 years: 1 capsule daily (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
