Herbal liquid, 100 mL. Each 5 mL dose contains: Passionflower flowers 818.5 mg, Zizyphus seed 1215.5 mg, Valerian root 730.4 mg, Hops flowers 364.65 mg. Also contains chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. Natural lemon flavour. Less than 0.66 g sugar per 5 mL dose. Free from gluten, dairy and alcohol; vegan. For adults and young adults over 12.

Directions: Shake well. Take 5 mL three hours before bed and 5 mL one hour before bed, with a further 5 mL during the night if needed.
