Each HAIRY LEMON effervescent tablet contains:

•Guarana 240 mg -
•Siberian Ginseng 200 mg
•Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 15 mg and riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 20 mg .
•Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50 mg - •Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 22.5 mg -
•Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 8.2 mg -
•Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 mcg -
Biotin (Vitamin H) 150 mcg -•Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250 mg -
Contains saccharin. This preparation contains 287.4mg (12.5 mmol) per dose of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. The maximum recommended dose of two tablets daily contains 574.8mg of Sodium.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Sugar, gluten and lactose free.

Take one or two tablets daily, dissolved in a glass of water.
Store below 25°C. Use only if cap seal is unbroken.
