Gastro Stop capsules, each containing loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg. For adults and children aged 12 years and over; avoid use in children under 12 unless advised by a clinician.

Dose

Initial dose of 2 capsules (4 mg) with water, followed by 1 capsule (2 mg) after each loose bowel motion as needed; do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours.

Cautions

If symptoms last beyond 48 hours, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Consult your healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Does not replace rehydration or medical care.
