The Body Armour Heel Reliever redistributes heel pressure to the gastrosoleus 
complex in the calf. The heel area is completely free of all contact pressure – "floating" freely in a pressure-free zone.
It is fully adjustable – one size fits all, and fully customisable (includes additional foam pad for tailored pressure distribution). The Darco Body Armour Heel Reliever also includes positioning wedge which can be used to counteract external rotation of the leg.

• FLAT FOAM LINER MODEL: developed especially for sensitive skin. It is particularly suitable for diabetic patients. The design helps to prevent the formation of oedema.     
  

Indicated for:

• For the prevention and healing of heel pressure ulcers as well as diabetic foot 
  syndrome and decubitus
• Braden scale scores of fourteen or less
• Diabetes with neurological sensory deficit
• Pedal pulse not palpable
• Paraplegia
• Prolonged immobility (> hours) or coma
