Each capsule contains: Vitamin B1 1.5 mg; B2 2.0 mg; B3 (nicotinamide) 20 mg; B5 5.0 mg; B6 8.2 mg; B7 (biotin) 30 mcg; B9 (folic acid) 400 mcg; B12 2.4 mcg; vitamin C 60 mg; vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg; copper 120 mcg; iron 8 mg; selenium 55 mcg; zinc 6.4 mg.

No gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives. Other ingredients: maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily.

Cautions: Contains vitamin D. Use under the guidance of your healthcare professional, especially with conditions affecting calcium metabolism, or if taking amiloride.
