Film-coated tablets with vitamin C and Quatrefolic. Vegan. No gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

Each tablet contains: Thiamin 84 mg (B1 75 mg); riboflavin 75 mg; nicotinamide 75 mg; calcium pantothenate 55 mg (B5 50 mg); pyridoxine 61 mg (B6 50 mg); cyanocobalamin 50 mcg; vitamin C 100 mg; levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic) 531 mcg (equiv. levomefolic acid 300 mcg); biotin 100 mcg; choline bitartrate 182.5 mg (choline 75 mg); inositol 75 mg.

Directions: Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
