Suggested use: (adults, over the age of 12)
Take one capsule 2x daily with or without food, swallowed with a full glass of water. Do not exceed daily recommended dose. Users should consult a healthcare provider for use beyond 12 consecutive weeks, or to arrange for planned periodical breaks from supplementation.

Caution: Do not use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Interactions may occur with antidiabetic medication, benzodiazepines, central nervous system and immune suppressants, thyroid hormones.
