In addition, the orthosis offers lateral stability to the ankle joint. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe elastic straps of the Push AFO are adjustable. This allows the degree of dynamic foot lift during the swing phase to be determined according to the individual needs of the user. You can therefore adjust the tension depending on how much inversion or eversion control you need. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt also has an open heel allowing the patient to have a more natural initial contact and roll over in the stance phase of gait. The glass fiber frame allows for support yet some flexibility in gait.
